Do you charge any upfront fees?

We do not charge upfront fees for initial consultations and preliminary assessments. If there are any professional or processing fees applicable to your case, they will be explained and agreed in writing before you decide to proceed.

How do I know if I am eligible to apply?

Eligibility depends on your income stability, existing commitments, credit records and each bank’s internal policy. During our first discussion, we will ask a few questions and may request relevant documents to estimate whether it is sensible to apply.

Will checking with you affect my credit record?

Our preliminary assessment is based on the information and documents you share with us and does not by itself create new records with the banks. However, once you proceed with an actual application, the banks you apply with may perform their standard credit checks.

How long does the whole process usually take?

This depends on the type of facility, bank and how complete your documents are. In many cases, we can provide an indicative view within 24–48 hours after receiving your documents. Bank processing times can range from a few working days to several weeks.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. The information you share is used solely for the purpose of assessing and submitting your application to selected banks, or for providing advisory to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
